Australovenator pyrography

This is a WIP pyrographic piece on timber that is about 2/3rds the way to completion. I have fallen in love with the medium as it reminds me a lot of both the stippled scientific illustration that I enjoy and tattooing. The piece is a near life-sized bust of Australovenator. It measures 1.8 metres from snout to neck and currently has just over 100 hours of burning in it.
